Spacious apartment in a Private Villa with a STUNNING Ocean View East and West above Nice.  Enjoy the quiet and  large garden keeping company to the 50 year old turtle relaxing in the Pond.  With two private bedrooms and  a new sofa-bed, up to 6 guests can chill in this Art Deco classic Villa of  the French Riviera. With Bougainvillea welcoming you and local flora,  the outdoor dinner is so pleasant. A locked garage for parking is available onsite.  The villa is divided into two distincts apartments who can be joined upon request (after summer 2022 only).  This is the upper floor apartment with direct access to the large yard.  A private concierge is always a phone call away  Neighborhood is very quiet, yet about 5 minutes drive to nearest beach and  10 to 15 min car ride to busy Old Town of Nice entertainment and beach activities.  Neighborhood is quiet and residential.  We advise use of our garage.  All groceries are just a few minutes car ride. We will provide you a list for our preferred bakery and other groceries.  Do not touch or feed the turtle, Do not touch the watering or electrical system, Park the car only in the attributed garage or in the street, not allowed inside the garden. Do not climb trees or break any branch. Do not go inside the pond Look after your children at anytime in the garden.  Note that a gardener will comes 3 times a week in warmer season for a quick basic maintenance in the yard (4 to 6 pm,  mondays, wednesdays, fridays); and twice a week in the winter season (mondays, thursdays 4 to 6 pm)
